With over three decades of devoted service in the healthcare sector, Karrie embarked on her journey as a nursing assistant at just 18 years old. Driven by a deep-seated passion for caregiving, she swiftly recognized the profound influence she could have on individuals' lives. This realization propelled Karrie onto a trajectory of continual learning and professional advancement.

 

Throughout her extensive career, Karrie has cultivated a wealth of experience across various domains of healthcare operations. From adeptly managing facility admission processes to overseeing billing and collection procedures, she has navigated the intricacies of front and back-office management in diverse medical settings. Karrie has turned around practices suffering from significant embezzlement, reestablished practices transitioning from under Healthcare System MSA’s, and rebuilt a practice after substantial fire damage recovering all losses due to damage and its negative business impact.  Her expertise extends across a spectrum of specialties, including Chiropractic, Family Practice, Orthopaedics, Cardiology, and Behavioral Health.

 

Karrie earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, graduating with distinction as a testament to her unwavering commitment to academic excellence. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration at Pepperdine University, she remains steadfast in her dedication to expanding her knowledge and skills, poised to drive positive change within the healthcare landscape.
